I only have today and tomorrow and then I will be a non smoker. I am getting alittle nervous now. I really want to do this and I am looking forward to the money I will be saving on top of how much healthy I will be once I stop. My hardest time is going to be when I get up in the morning and in the evenings. I am hoping I can keep myself busy enough during the day that I won't be thinking about it the whole time. I know I can do this and my kids deserve to have their mother around.
I guess it is going to be alittle harder then usual because I enjoy smoking I don't know how I got to that point but I did I like to smoke, even though it is so bad for you.
I hope everyone has a good day and I will take all the suggestions and advice you have. Thanks.
I have been a smoker for 20 years I quit 2 times in the past 10 and both of them were when I wanted to get pregnant with my son who is going to be 9 in Oct. and then I started up again 16 months later after he was born. Then I quit in 2003 when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I quit for 4 years and decided I could smoke for one weekend while at a wedding and I haven't stopped since. Well my 2 friends and I are quitting together. I just cannot ever pick one up again!
